S-Parameter Data for Hittite Microwave Products

We have de-embedded S-parameter data for many of our plastic and ceramic packaged products as well as die (chip) products. The links to the S-Parameter data can be found either by clicking on a product (part number) link or by using the "Search by Part Number" pull down menu located in the left hand navigation bar.

All data is in standard ASCII text format and can be read directly by RF & microwave simulators such as ADS, Microwave Office, GENESYS and Touchstone. Files may also be imported into spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft EXCEL and LOTUS 123.

If you do not see the S-Parameters posted for the product you are interested in or if you have questions on posted S-Parameters please contact our applications engineering department, Application Engineering Support. Type the part numbers of the desired S-Parameters into the Feedback / Comments text box and click submit.
