Signal Generators - Service / Repair / Return & Calibration


1. Contact Hittite Sales Department at 978-250-3343 or TE@hittite.com and explain that you wish to do a "Service / Repair". Hittite Sales will work with you to complete the necessary paperwork and will provide you with a Return Material Request (RMR) number.

2a. Ship the unit in the original packaging or equivalent.

2b. Ship to: Hittite Microwave Corporation

2c. Please include your:
       RMR #20XXXXX
       PO #
       Contact information including address, phone number and email address

3. Hittite will evaluate the unit and contact you with the repair cost estimate (if not covered by warranty).

4. During the repair process for any questions please contact our Sales Department at 978-250-3343 or TE@hittite.com.
