Hittite Microwave Corporation (NASDAQ:HITT) today reported revenue for the third quarter ended September 30, 2011 of $68.1 million, representing an increase of 6.2% compared with $64.2 million for the third quarter of 2010, and a decrease of 0.5% compared with $68.5 million for the second quarter of 2011. Net income for the quarter was $22.4 million, or $0.73 per diluted share, an increase of 7.6% compared with $20.8 million, or $0.69 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2010, and an increase of 7.6% compared with $20.8 million, or $0.68 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2011.
