Hittite Microwave Corporation (NASDAQ:HITT) today reported revenue for the third quarter ended September 30, 2006 of $34.6 million, representing an increase of 63.5% compared with $21.2 million for the third quarter of 2005 and an increase of 7.0% compared with $32.4 million for the second quarter of 2006. Net income for the quarter was $11.6 million, or $0.37 per diluted share, an increase of 132.2% compared with $5.0 million, or $0.17 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2005, and an increase of 13.6% compared with $10.2 million, or $0.33 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2006.

Hittite Microwave Corporation (NASDAQ:HITT) today reported revenue for the second quarter ended June 30, 2006 of $32.4 million, representing an increase of 71.2% compared with $18.9 million for the second quarter of 2005 and a sequential increase of 16.2% compared with $27.9 million for the first quarter of 2006. Net income for the quarter was $10.2 million, or $0.33 per diluted share, an increase of 142.1% compared with $4.2 million, or $0.16 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2005, and an increase of 15.8% compared with $8.8 million, or $0.29 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2006.

04/27/2006 Hittite Microwave Corporation Reports Financial Results For The First Quarter 2006

Hittite Microwave Corporation (NASDAQ:HITT) today reported revenue for the first quarter ended March 31, 2006 of $27.9 million, representing an increase of 56.1% compared with $17.9 million for the first quarter of 2005 and a sequential increase of 22.6% compared with $22.7 million for the fourth quarter of 2005. Net income for the quarter was $8.8 million, or $0.29 per diluted share, an increase of 131.7% compared with $3.8 million, or $0.14 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2005, and an increase of 24.0% compared with $7.1 million, or $0.23 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2005. Net income for the first quarter of 2006 reflects stock-based compensation charges of $846,000, or $556,000 after tax, primarily due to the implementation of Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No.123(R).

Net income attributable to common stockholders for the quarter was $7.1 million, or $0.23 per diluted share, an increase of 106.4% over $3.4 million, or $0.13 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2004, and an increase of 42.3% over $5.0 million, or $0.17 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2005.
