Hittite Microwave introduces a new web-based Product Cross Reference search engine. Thousands of RFIC/MMIC products from over 15 companies can now be cross-referenced to hundreds of Hittite standard products. The search engine can be accessed via www.hittite.com by selecting the "Product Cross Reference" button. The Hittite Microwave standard product line covers DC to 40 GHz and serves a wide range of wireless/wired communications and sensor markets including: Cellular/PCS/3G, Broadband, Microwave/Millimeter wave, Fiber Optic, Space & Military. The search engine will enable users to quickly sort through the broad product offering and easily find the nearest equivalent Hittite part number to the selected product they wish to replace.

To search, simply select the manufacturer and the manufacturer's part number from the pull down menus and submit the inquiry. Relative electrical performance data for competitor and Hittite parts, acquired from the latest web published data sheets, are compared via a proprietary algorithm. The search engine works to display the nearest Hittite product equivalents by performance within the relative low, mid and high frequency bands, with and without consideration to package type.
