CHELMSFORD, MA ? July 31, 2002 ? Hittite Microwave Corporation, a leading provider of Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMICs) and MMIC assemblies, today announced it will introduce nine new products including Frequency Dividers & Multipliers and Power & Driver Amplifiers at the 2002 European Microwave Week Conference and Exposition. EuMW 2002 will be held at the Fiera Milano Congressi convention center in Milan, Italy 23-27 September. A sampling of these and other Hittite Microwave products will be on display in the company's corporate exhibit, stand P15/P16.

Five new SMT packaged frequency generation products will be introduced including two Frequency Dividers offering unique division ratios of 3 & 5 from DC - 8 GHz and three Active Multipliers with multiplication ratios of x4 & x16 yielding outputs between 9.9 - 16 GHz. New products for 802.11a/HiperLAN WLAN PC card/access point and PT-PT/Multi-PT 5 ? 6 GHz applications include a low cost +3V Diversity Switch and a highly efficient 5.1 to 5.9 GHz GaAs InGaP HBT MMIC Power Amplifier with +30 dBm P1dB output power and +43 dBm output IP3. Broadband Driver Amplifiers with 15 dB gain and +20 to +24 dBm output power will be featured covering 6 ? 18 GHz and 17 ? 26 GHz respectively.
