The HMC174MS8(E) is a low loss, high linearity GaAs MMIC Switch that provides exceptionally high P1 dB compression of +39 dBm and an Input IP3 of +60 dBm, making it ideal for use in transmit-receive or LNA protection applications. Its superior low distortion at high input power levels as well as its fast switching characteristics makes it an ideal choice for the demands of modern basestation infrastructure. The HMC174MS8(E) delivers typically 25dB of port to port Isolation and a low insertion loss of 0.5dB. On-chip circuitry enables the device to operate with positive control voltages from 0/+3V to 0/+8V, and with very low DC current consumption.
