Hittite’s newest MMIC products are featured in our June 2001 Catalog Supplement.

Twenty of Hittite's newest MMIC products are featured in our June 2001 Catalog Supplement. Divide by 2, 4, and 8 Prescalers, cover a frequency range from DC - 13 GHz and features SSB Phase noise of -153 dBc/Hz typical. Two low noise amplifiers (LNAs), also being introduced, covering the frequency range of 13 to 30 GHz and can easily be integrated into Multi-Chip modules due to their small size. Hittite's HMC404 (26 - 32 GHz image reject mixer) is the industries first Subharmonic IRM, which provides over 22 dB of image rejection. The supplement includes ordering information and a sample request form, making it a useful stand alone piece, or a complement to the full line catalog.
