+3V Frequency Dividers Cover DC TO 8 GHz in SOT26 packages.



Chelmsford, MA 10/22/2002 -

Hittite Microwave introduces a family of three low cost, +3V static Frequency Dividers for inputs of DC to 8 GHz for broadband, cellular/3G and microwave synthesizer applications. The HMC432, HMC433, and HMC434 prescalers offer divide ratios of 2, 4, and 8 respectively and complement the company's existing Frequency Divider line by offering low power consumption in a small 9mm2 surface mount 6 lead SOT package. Single-ended I/Os reduce component count while the low additive 100KHz SSB phase noise of -150dBc/Hz typical helps synthesizer designers maintain good system noise at a lower cost.
