1. Sales Engineers

Sales Engineers

Overview:
Positions require knowledge of RF technology and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with a customer’s RF design, management, and purchasing organizations. The Sales engineer will have responsibility for winning new design-ins and maintaining customer contacts. BSEE is required and relevant sales and /or technical experience in the Microwave Components industry are desirable.

2. Sales Administrator Assistant

Sales Administrator Assistant

Overview:
Support daily operation of the sales department with administrative duties assigned by the Inside Sales Manager including; screen customer calls, monitor incoming mail, respond to routine requests & direct inquiries to sales/application engineers. Prepare & maintain order entry forms, customer complaint records (CCR), return to material records (RMR), quotations, tracks shipment status, distributes literature & provides product data sheets. Experience in data entry required. Knowledge of import & export compliance a plus. Sales Administrator is trained to become familiar with all standard products of the company & software used for routine operation of office functions. Strong abilities in Microsoft Excel and Word required. Requires high school diploma and training in operation of personal computers.

3. Application Engineer

Application Engineer

Overview:
Primarily responsible for day to day detailed customer tech support. Determines customers' needs, evaluates question /problem, characterizes the company's products under their test conditions and answers via email, telephone and face to face meetings (as required). Other responsibilities include; new product specification definition, competitive analysis, technical tutoring/training of inside & outside sales personnel, documentation of technical issues, authoring application notes, and supporting Quality with Returned Material Report (RMR) failure analysis evaluations. Excellent Communication Skills. Requires MSEE or equivalent.
