Overview:
Position requires knowledge of the RF and Microwave customer activities and markets in Europe, along with experience in developing and maintaining relationships in the territory with customer's RF design, management, and purchasing organizations. The regional manager will be responsible for proposing and executing regional sales strategies, managing factory sales representatives and directing regional sales staff. Fluent command of English and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent University degree is required. A minimum of five years of sales and/or technical management experience in the Microwave Components industry are desirable.
Overview:

Overview:
The Marketing Engineer will be primarily responsible for the technical marketing and strategic product identification and management of Hittite's clocks & timing products. He/she will work closely with Hittite's design, applications and sales teams to bring best-in-class, differentiated standard products to market. In this role, the marketing engineer interfaces with customers and design engineers to evaluate their requirements for timing ICs and oscillators, determine product needs and recommend optimum solutions. He/she is responsible for authoring and presenting business proposals to management on new, innovative timing products.
Other responsibilities of the marketing engineer include; new product specification definition, datasheet definition and review, competitive analysis, generation of advanced product information, authoring technical features for publication, and marketing analyses. The Marketing Engineer will work with marketing communication teams to generate product marketing collateral including presentations, press releases, selection guides, technical articles and brochures.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of timing ICs and oscillators. He/she will have previously marketed, managed or supported PLL, VCO, quartz-, SAW-oscillators, XO, TCXO, VCXO, OCXO components or MEMS resonators throughout the product life-cycle. Accurately analyzing market dynamics for competition, product differentiation, and positioning is a key aspect of success in this role.
The Marketing Engineer has a MSEE degree or BSEE degree plus minimum 5 to 7 years of hands on experience with various applications of Clocks & Timing products.
The Marketing Engineer reports to the Business Development Manager.

Overview:
Responsible for daily detailed customer technical support for our products. Evaluates customer questions /problems and advises/implements customer solutions via email, phone and face to face meetings. Other responsibilities include; new product specification definition, competitive analysis, technical tutoring/training of inside & outside sales personnel, documentation of technical issues, authoring application notes, and supporting Quality with failure analysis evaluations. Requires excellent written/oral communication skills and BSEE or equivalent.
Overview:
The Applications Engineer (AE) will be primarily responsible for supporting customers to design in Hittite's Clock & Timing products. He/she will work closely with Hittite's design, marketing and sales teams to promote best-in-class, differentiated standard products to a broad base of customers. In this role, the AE interfaces with customers to understand their requirements for timing ICs and oscillators, determine product needs and recommend optimum solutions. He/she is responsible for assisting customers with high frequency clock designs on their PCB, and estimating the performance of Hittite ICs in the system via bench measurements and simulations.
Other responsibilities of the AE include reviewing industry specifications for physical interfaces, analyzing competitive products, and generating new product ideas for Hittite development teams. Additionally, the AE will work on product marketing collateral including product datasheets and engineering evaluation reports, presentations and selection guides to highlight the features and characteristics of Hittite's high performance products.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of timing ICs, oscillators, and high speed signaling and interface products. He/she will have previously supported or developed PLL, VCO, quartz-, SAW-oscillators, XO, TCXO, VCXO, OCXO components or MEMS resonators. Accurately analyzing customer needs for high performance clocking and defining the requirements for differentiated Clock & Timing products is a key aspect of success in this role.
The AE has a MSEE degree or BSEE degree plus minimum 5 to 7 years of hands on experience with various applications of analog and mixed-signal time-domain products. The AE reports to the Business Development Manager.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Technical understanding and domain knowledge in Clocks and Timing Products including PLL fundamentals, noise transfer functions and signal integrity in high speed interfaces
• Hardware (PCB, system, IC) design and/or technical IC support experience is required
• Familiarity with high speed interface design challenges in the communications infrastructure, networking, test & measurement and similar high performance markets
• Competency in using spectrum analyzer, real-time-oscilloscope and sampling scope equipment for IC performance analysis
• Proficiency in working with component serial interfaces to set device functionality
• Excellent communication skills to present solutions to customers, sales teams and executive management
• International travel is required
The position may be located in Hittite's Istanbul or Ottawa Design Centers
Overview:
The Graphic Designers support the corporation with creative and marketing communication administrative duties assigned to him/her by the Director of Marketing, MARCOM Manager and/or Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He/she coordinates and executes production of sales collateral, e-media, advertisements, data sheets, web graphics design, CD-ROM production using outside vendors as required. Must demonstrate solid skills using PC based programs such as Adobe InDesign/ PhotoShop/ Illustrator/ Acrobat, KaleidoGraph, and MS Office and familiarity with graphic file formats such as TIF, JPG, GIF, WMF and EMF. Experience in electronic pre-press issues, technical illustration & digital photography a plus. Must have basic knowledge in the graphics arts and demonstrate proficiency in color composition, drawing and principles of form & function.
Qualifications:
These positions require a Bachelor Degree in Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design. The Senior Graphics Designer position requires a minimum of 5+ years experience and must demonstrate the ability to work with minimal creative & technical guidance. The Graphic Designer position requires 0 to 6 years experience.
The Graphic Designers report to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and/or Director of Marketing or MarCom Manager as assigned.
