Operations/Manufacturing

1. Production Test Engineer

Production Test Engineer

Overview:
Responsible for establishing and driving yield enhancement and quality improvement programs for RF semiconductor components in a high volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. Collaborate with engineers to identify and diagnose defect-induced yield and manufacturability problems and implement solutions; develop models for key defect and yield-loss mechanisms. Correlate RF test yields to foundry PCM data. Support new product transfer into manufacturing. Requires BSEE with focus in RF/Microwaves. Knowledge of wafer probe and automatic handlers is a plus. Experience with offshore assembly and RF electrical test methods is desired.

2. Hybrid Assemblers

Hybrid Assemblers

Overview:
Second shift position (2:00PM - 10:30PM). Perform semiconductor die attach, wire bonding, and inspection of microelectronic components and modules. Solder experience is a plus. Must be skilled to work with miniature components, using tweezers and microscopes. Requires a minimum of 3-5 years assembly semiconductor experience.

3. Program Manager

Program Manager

Overview:
Manage Millimeter and Microwave development and production programs for military or commercial applications (hybrid to subsystem levels). Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, quality assurance, operations & finance) to maintain technical, quality, cost and delivery schedules. Experienced at proposal development and direct contract negotiations required. BSEE/MSEE technical degree or equivalent experience required. 5 years of DoD program management experience required. U. S. Citizenship Required. Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, ITAR and EAR desired. Active security clearance desired.
