1. Senior Corporate Accountant

Senior Corporate Accountant

Overview:
Hittite Microwave (a newly public manufacturer of integrated circuits) is seeking a CPA with 3+ years of experience for the position of Senior Corporate Accountant. This position will have a broad range of technical, day-to-day finance/accounting, and project-based responsibilities, including: Financial oversight and support of our international offices, including preparation of the consolidation; responsibility for technical areas such as revenue recognition and equity accounting, including earnings per share; potential involvement in SEC filings; involvement with our quarterly reviews and annual audit; participation in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; involvement in the monthly close; involvement in financial analysis and management reporting; and projects related to process improvement and financial issue resolution, working with various members of the finance team, as well as with other functional groups. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with very strong technical skills and experience with publicly traded companies. We expect a 2-3 year commitment to this role, with the expectation of upward advancement after that time.

2. Corporate Accountant

Corporate Accountant

Overview:
Following its July 2005 IPO, Hittite (a manufacturer of integrated circuits) is building its finance team to include the new position of Corporate Accountant. This position will entail a wide range of core, corporate accounting activities including sales rep commissions, cash, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and accrued expenses. Additional opportunities are available for involvement in cost accounting, as well as general accounting duties such as involvement in the monthly close and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate Finance and Accounting. The successful candidate will have a BS in Accounting, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to work on multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines.
